UK - 'New' Compressor in Systainer now available.

Good to know warren, thanks. Looks different to the senco & schneider ones of the past. How do you drain the compressor? That brass thingy on the front panel looks too high up, maybe not?

That does look like a drain cock though. Maybe the tank is higher ?

I think it is the same [member=22067]mrB[/member] , but not having seen the Schneider in the flesh, I cannot be 100% sure.

The brass thingy is for pressure relief and the internal pipe connects very low on the cylinder, so should act as a drain, but may need to be tipped forward to be totally effective?

I think it is [member=1584]joiner1970[/member] , although I should really look at the instructions at some point, but don't we only read them when something goes wrong?

For me ,one of the most important things besides functioning properly is noise, and with a dB app on my phone we have fired one up and tested dB from about 20cm away sitting on a laminate floor. Minimal vibration and very reasonable 90dB maximum noise with a tiny peak at 95dB when reaching full charge.

First impressions are very good.

Hi Chris

We have plenty on order and have taken many pre-orders. The first order were due for release from Germany on 6th February and are all pre-sold.  The second and third orders for radios are due for release from Germany on 1st March and most are pre-sold. Once they are all pre-sold, we will place a further order for stock.

Best regards

Warren
