Update CTL Mini/Midi with new T-Loc top

Sorry if my question marks me as too lazy to dig out the answer elsewhere on my own...
I own a mini. If I add this accessory, will it enlarge the garage space enough that both the power cable and the standard hose will fit inside it for storage and transport? Or does it just upgrade the locking system elements?
