Hi guys I was working on my MFS and router and I was cutting slots to make a plywood bed for my grand daughter and thought I needed some stops and I remembered the side things they worked a treat.

Also I made a 30mm centring block to centre up my Slots....does anyone make these in the festool ring sizes. I am going to get a mate who has a milling machine to make me some accurate ones. Thought just share with you guys as I haven't used the MFS rails much and would appreciate any ideas with those rails.

Well got those aluminium units made now as you can  see the first pics were my idea I used with some timber scraps....NOW looky looks at the brand new aluminium ones I had made far more accurate. I just love them.
My mate Roy at GET WOODWORKING in Australia made them for me on his milling machine and what a great job he did for me.

I'm not sure why you'd need the block.  The scales on the MFT profiles have proven to be dead-on for me, plus I can verify the setting using the 30mm (or other size) template guides before starting the cut.

Hey Willy the reason I need the blocks are the fact that the rails are not able to read the centre when I am making full shelf trenches as the line fall short to the rulers.

I have my mate Roy making some out of aluminium of which I will post here when done, trust me these will very accurate and easy to use.
