Upgrading the Sys-Roll

Because I work mostly on rough building sites, I was not so happy with the rock hard wheels on the sys-roll. The systainers are bumping all around, and the slightest rock or piece of wood will stop the wheels completely.

The other day I put the sys-roll on a handtruck to move everything to another room in the building, and this was a huge improvement. So i've put rubber wheels, with air, on the sys-roll and it works great!
With very little work, replace the axel with a wider one, and nothing even has to be changed on the sys-roll itself. Like it's ment to be replaced.

Thought I'd share it with you guys.

Nice work! Are you able to provide a parts list so as to assist others who may want to adopt your great mod idea?

Really excellent upgrade idea!
Yes please list materials and sources if you can.

Great idea.  Adding larger wheels on the rear would cause the SYS-Roll to lean forward.  Has that caused any issues for you?

That's correct, sharp  ;D
At this point it's leaning a little bit forward. So I ordered bigger front wheels which have the same mounting points to I can replace them easily.
I will write down all the parts which I had to get to get the Sys-roll updated. Will do that shortly.

The off road Sys-Roll!  Especially nice since it is easy to do.  [thumbs up]

How bout putting a shim between the wheel and the base?
I like the changes,Charlie
