Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to share a little trick that saved me €450
It's about the sliding table CS 70 ST 650 (490312) who costs an arm and a leg ... while I already had the sliding table CMS-ST module (492100) +- €270
Festool is very clear, the adaptation of CMS Sliding table CS 70 is impossible and vice versa ...
Impossible is not Belgian, here is the proof ;-)
ST 650: 450€

ST FESTOOL CMS: 270€

I will not make long description, I think the pictures speak for themselves.

The only thing I had to do: drill here a hole for the head of the clamp:

Fixing the other side of the rail.
I put a thickness (metal S) on both sides to have an identical calibration between the CMS module and the CS70 (+ - 2.5 mm in my case)
I have not had time but I plan cut the part of the piece who protude and let the remaining L in place (glued) for when I remove the sliding table

Last little tip, be sure to tighten the 3 fixing butterflies (unnecessary with the cs 70 mount); sometimes they can block the progress of the table ...
