Using Domino for Glass door mullions

I'm planning on building some glass cabinet doors. I've built glass doors using the domino but I've never added mullions before. Does anyone have any experience using the domino to add the mullions? I don't have a router table so I can't use a cope and stick set.

If there is any chamfer or profile to the mullion you will still need to cope...I suppose you could create the mullions out of square stock and then rout a profile, but you won't get a crisp look in the corners where the transition produces a radius.
