I've got a CT Midi with the anti static hose, (green) that I would like to use with my Rigid oscillating sander that has a 2 1/4 inch dust adapter.  Does anyone know of an adapter that will allow me to make this work.

there is a fein stepped adapter available in the states might be what you need

i would imagine that a length of 50mm hose (like the boom arm extension hose) would be the easiest and best  way to conect the 2. i do this with my disk sander all the time. the end being 50 mm and the joiner piece a bit bigger . 2.25 inchs is about 56 mm roughly so that is not to far away. try that first . if that wont work try a 68mm down pipe joiner . they work great with the vac ends

As Brice said, the easiest way is to use a regular shop vac hose since te sander is set up to accept it.  It will connect to the Midi with no need for an adapter. Just remove the Festool hose in put the 2" ish shop vac hose in. It will stick straight up but should fit fine.

I purchased one of these to use with my Kapex and CT 22, it worked great.  It fit right on both, straight out of the box.  Plus, it comes with multiple adapter pieces.  It is roughly the same size as the 36mm Festool hose, I think.  Not sure it would work in your situation but might be worth a try.
