Using Festool sanders for buffing?

I have the 125 and 150/3 REQ random orbit sanders, also the Rotex 90.  I would like to use one of these to do final buffing after the final finish is applied and a coat of wax is applied.  What accessories/pads etc. are good for this, and which sander is best to use?

I bought a 5" wool pad from EBay I use on my RO125. I also bought some of the Festool felt pads for it. A little rubbing compound and the Rotex can bring a nice shine to your finish.
