Using hex bits with power locking groove?

I'm new to Festools -- I've just acquired a C12 -- and I have what I suspect is a very minor query. The bit holder that comes with the Centrotec chuck, which I think is the BH 60, doesn't seem to hold hex bits with power locking grooves very firmly. These are the grooves cut in the hex shank, about 1 cm from the end of the shank. The bit sits with the groove near the mouth of the bit holder, so the bit (especially if it's a long one) wobbles somewhat. Is there a more appropriate way of fixing these bits? For example, does the BHS 65 do a better job?

I think you're talking about ball-detent bits, the collar of the excentre chuck holds them well. (But I think it makes the drill uncomfortable to use, at least with the light li-ion battery on the drill, so I only use it when I need the excentre functionality)

The BH65 locks onto power bits which is somewhat better, but it doesn't really fix the wobble because of the insert depth.

The best Festool holder for power bits is the offset chuck. It's a useful item but not convenient for routine use of these bits.

The situation is rather sub-optimal.

Many thanks for the advice, andvari and Frank-Jan. Yes, you're right -- I'm talking about ball-detent bits (I haven't encountered that label before). I hadn't noticed the collar on the eccentric chuck, and it does hold the bits well, but I can well imagine that it's not particularly comfortable to use on a routine basis. It is indeed rather sub-optimal for such an expensive tool, isn't it?
