sagging drywall is tough, likely because it was from before the introduction of sag resistant and the builder was to cheap to use 5/8". The 24" span between trusses combined with insulation and time is a recipe for sag, and now its likely set like that so the only solution is a lot of mud and a guy who's good with a Darby.
What part of Ontario are you in? I am hooked in with a lot of top notch guys out there.
