Yes. I have done it 5 times to one bag and it isn't showing any signs of wear .
There are all sorts of vacuum bag users here. Some will seal and toss not wanting to deal with any dust - that is why the use the CT's after all. Some will slit and tape. Some will stick fingers inside to help empty into a trash can. Some will use an aftermarket cyclone before the CT to collect most of the dust first. Some will do a combination of two and some who would normally seal and toss will resort to one of the other options in case of a full bag when they discover that they don't have others on hand.
Probably wrong for me as a moderator to admit this, but I have done all of the above except the slit and tape.

Search on here for someones great idea of slitting the bottom end of the bag and getting some bulldog clips from a stationers store and attach those, when bags full, simply unclip and empty the bag, reclip and re-use the bag. If you're careful the cloth bags could last years before you'd need to replace. I do this with my small midi-vac's bag. With the larger vac I've got a monster cyclone box hooked up.
I'm sure there was a picture of a bag showing some bulldog clips. Simple and cheap idea and quite effective.

To the OP, are you planning on using the CT vac for any tool other than the domino? Because if not, it's going to take you a very very long time to fill the bag. It just wouldn't be worth it to faff around with the bags.
If you're doing a lot of routing or workshop clean-up, that could change things perhaps.

Good news: I did get the "okay" [eek] to get the Domino, but I need to figure out if I want to get a vacum with it or not and what size.

One of my CT22 is dedicated to the assembly area of my shop for Domino work. Most weeks we use between 500 and 1,000 5 or 6mm Dominoes. That CT22 takes several weeks to fill a bag. The cost of the bag is nothing compared to the money we make using all those Dominoes.

I use bags twice, maybe 3 times. They're not that expensive, so if I do something HEPA-related (lead paint or the like), that's it for them no matter how many times they've been used.
I cut a corner off the back end of the bag to empty, then roll it once or twice and hold it with a couple of 2" spring clamps. Works like a charm.
Disclaimer: I work mostly with plywood, so my chips are usually pretty big (router and track saw, primarily). If you sand a lot and have fine dust, I'm sure the effectiveness of the bag is severely depleted after the first use. I wouldn't reuse a bag full of fine sanding dust, seems that would clog the pores pretty quick.

Another option like the clip idea is the "Seal a bag" from Lee Valley (part number EA155 orEA157) depending on the length you want. I used the 14 " one and cutting down to fit in the Midi. I slit the end off the bag and then clip it on. I reuse a bag 3-4 times before throwing the bag away and using a new one. Same idea as the clip on festools reusable bag for the CT 26 etc.

I have a midi vac and reuse the bags like others have mentioned using bulldog clips.
I cut the back top edge the full width of the bag, roll up a few times and clamp with 5 small bulldog clips. Easily get 3 more uses out of them depending on what your filling it with of course!
