For sale various Festool stuff. I know, I will regret, but....  Feel free to ask questions via PM. Keep FOG clutter free.
I do live in South Central CT.

1. Sold Festool RTS-400 sander. Brand new, never been used.  Sold. shipped to lower 48 states

2. Sold. Festool DTS-400 sander with abrasive systainer and sandpaper. Yes, power cord is not shown, but included. Sander was slightly used. Sold shipped to lower 48 states.

3. Sold. Three chucks angled, eccentric and centrotec. Sold shipped to lower 48 states.

Why do people take out the selling price when editing their ads?  It's too bad as it removes all evidence of current market value of items, much like Ebay's completed listings serve as a rough market value guide....

Privacy concerns perhaps? If you leave it there, the internet will remember it forever.
 
That drives me nuts too.

I've looked to purchase custom knives before and ran into that issue.
It was explained to me (in this specific case), that it was for price comparing issues. "Why did xyz sell for this price,..and this item is".
Which makes sense to me for custom stuff.

However, I don't understand why it's done for anything else, habit?...follow the leader? *shrug

(incidentally, I usually quote what I purchase for my own record keeping)
