Interesting that placed an charged 15 volt battery in the vecturo and nothing happen. Surprising.
So unlike the drills I guess the vecturo doesn’t switch back and forth.
Anybody else having this issue?

I have the corded Vecturo so don't know if the 15v batteries will work or not on the cordless version but your question has me wondering if my Carvex can use the 15v batteries. I have 18v and 15v batteries for my TSC55 and Ti15+3 but never tried the 15v batteries in the Carvex. The TSC55 can use both 18 and 15 volt batteries, even in combination. The drill uses the 15V batteries only of course.

Thanks, good to know if I get in a pinch.

I should be good between the two batteries for the TSC55 and the one
that came with the Carvex. I was more curious than in need of doing this.

I have the 18v Vecturo on my wish list and I'd get one of the 3.1ah batteries if I get the tool.
The 5.4 batteries are fine on the TSC or the T18(even the carvex is ok), but the 3.1ah would make the Vecturo feel much less bulky.

Just picked up the  EC Vecturo OSC 18 EL-set yesterday... came with 2 3.1 Bluetooth batteries. It is quite heavy enough with the lighter battery- wouldn’t want to use it with a bigger one. It feels well-balanced.  Doesn’t vibrate as badly as my old Fein. That was ok for general cutting- the OSC 18 seems like it would be more precise, especially with the plunge base and depth stop. Kind of spendy, though. Had 5 $100 Visa gift cards I had been saving up to help with the purchase...

Good to know that set comes with 2 of the batteries.  The product pages all show 1 battery - which wouldn't make the set a very good deal.
Also, thanks for the feedback on the Vecturo with the battery.  I was wondering how the vibration was.
I have a more recent Fein MM, but have been converting to the Festool cordless when it makes sense.
