Veritas Parf tall dogs - help

Quick question, if you have a caliper could you measure the diameter of the Parf tall dog under the ring and above it? Is it the same diameter? With my surprise, I noticed that the "other dogs" do not have the same diameter so I cannot flip them over. What about the Veritas? thanks

Yes, the have the same diameter above and below the collar.
