Been a while since I posted anything as had other metal related projects on the go, thought I would post some of the wood related projects I have completed recently. This is a vivarium for a bearded dragon my daughters adopted just before Christmas. We have a industrial/rustic furniture style in this room and mrs RDR wanted something in keeping so I had a go!
The wood is all reclaimed from pallets I planed it down and joined into planks with dominos and glue. My OCD kept twitching as I was trying to keep the rustic look and not go for perfection [unsure]

building up colours to match other units

viv finished now onto unit to house it

welded up a metal frame

made some more panels from pallets

made some hinges on the lathe and doors

all finished
