Voltage to CT turbine motor (120 V version) CT 26 E

What voltage should be coming off the 2 pin connector at the electronics board or at the turbine motor? I need this info to determine if my electronics board is bad or if my turbine motor is bad. Thanks in advance for providing me with this info.
