Lets put all the voucher swapping in the Classifieds. Declutters other topics. Makes it easier for those looking and those giving to find. Some of the requests and available have been in topics that have non-voucher titles.  In Classifieds people can just checking for new voucher listings easily.

BTW, I think it is nice that people are willing to give them up to others.  [thumbs up]
