Walnut banister thing

Hey all,

I've participated in some topics but not posted any projects. Here's a black walnut banister/shelf/thing I'm working on. It's for the office above my garage. Although it may turn into a woodworking space eventually should my addiction worsen.....

Honestly, I don't know what I'm doing. Pretty much winging it. Used a TS75, some festool sanders and a domino thus far. As well as some chisels and handplanes for the inlay dovetails. Haven't glued everything nor finished the wood. New to woodworking but super excited to learn more.

thats pritty cool. nice use of the wainy edge. give it a good sanding and a rice finish , then show it off. dont forget to post the finished pics
