I would like to see reusable bag designed for drywall/fine dust one for CTL SYS and rest of Festool extractors line

And what reason is that ?

You are aware that those bags are designed for chips and large bits of dust, not the ultra fine particles like drywall produces ?  Drywall dust will quickly clog the pores of the long life bag rendering it almost useless.

If you're producing pounds and pounds of drywall dust every week , festool has a solution already:https://www.festoolusa.com/products...ractors/574933---ct-36-e-ac-usa-120v#Overview

At any rate , you should be charging your customer for a new bag or bags on a job anyway as part of your overhead.  And if you had a longlife bag you'd need to be charging them for the increased cost that adds initially AND for the time it take to empty that bag.

It's not really the money saver you think it is.

A re-useable long-life bag for drywall/masonry/concrete type dust ist not going to happen.

It would stand against everything Festool has established over the decades concerning "dust free work".

The separator/cyclone and those bags are highly economical.

Starting with dust class M (for Germany), low-dust/dust free disposal is a key requirement for such type extractors.

Kind regards,
Oliver

A reuseable dust bag for drywall dust is absolute horror. You want to empty it? You got yourself a dust storm and your lungs are in the middle of it. So are your clothes.

I've found the combination of standard bags & cyclone works great with drywall dust.

I don't see the point of reusable bags full stop for any kind of dust. Pay all that money for the extractor and then skimp a few bucks for disposable bags and instead have to create a cloud of dust to breathe in every time you empty the reusable one. The only reasonable use I can see for reusable is with powered planers that create chips rather than dust.
