Hello!

I would like to ask if anyone knows how much weight it is possible to load the top of the CTL MINI 1. For example, if I put 3 SYS with total weight of 45 kg, will there be a problem or not?
Thank you in advance!

I think it depends on whether you're rolling it on smooth or rough surfaces, bouncing it around in the back of a truck, leaving it out in the sun, etc.

Some of the older hose garages became extremely brittle over time, to the point where the handle would rip out of the garage when lifting it.  All plastics will suffer stress damage over time.

Hm, first I'm wondering how you get 45 kilo in a sys3.  [smile] You plan to carry around your gold coin collection in it? Or is it for all the lead scraps you find during clean up?

But the Mini can take that load just fine as long as you let it stand there. If you start to roll it around, who knows what happens. The black top is indeed very brittle and not designed for such loads.

I think he said 3 SYS, so 15 kilo each.

Which is still no small feat.

I put all of my straps, tie-downs, and towing accoutrement for our little class III hitch into a single Sys-III; it's definitely not light, so I never carry it very far just by the handle.

Maybe you guys should invest in a Sys-roll. That bad boy will carry up to 100 kilos. I love mine.

Thank you for the answers!

I tried to find a similar topic, but I couldn't. Thanks for the link! This tower of systainers is definitely over 100 kg without tools!

It was just an example. But it's easy to put 15 kg in one systainer SYS TL [wink]

I'm currently using DEWALT TSTAK and the plan is to replace them with a SYS TL or SYS3.

Yeah, I read that wrong, thought it was 45 kg in a sys 3.  [embarassed]

I often have two sys 4's with 15 to 20 kilo each on my Mini or Midi when I store them overnight. It is no problem at all, but I don't move them around like that.

Also I think to store them overnight and when need to move them together with MINI "between the rooms" inside the house, of course on smooth floor.
