Sorry to ask this two-part question, as the answer that I'm most interested in is related to the first. There were two threads posted and one classified listing (an advertisement, really...) for an item yesterday that were quite hoaky, and subsequently the threads were locked pending an investigation. Anyway, was there a ruling on those threads, or did they move straight to the cut off bin?
More importantly was the last posting in the second thread which indicated the manufacturer would be at the Festool Connect, and folks could check out the item there. Having other vendors at Connect seemed very strange to me based on the previous ones, but quite interesting and a novel idea on Festool's part, or so I thought. Then came lock-time, for good reason (I think?), but left me wondering about the last posting.
So, without ripping the scab off, will the upcoming Connect be 100% Festool as it has been in the past, or will other manufacturers be invited to exhibit their items that specifically "connect" with Festool as well?
