What Festool Did You buy Today?

No, it is just an image of the actual clip. The clip is clipped to the insert when shipping.
The clip fits on both sides, locks very solid. If I could have made my hack on the left side of my drill I would not have bothered though, I prefer the Bigg Lugg clip as it is a bit deeper and feels more secure when attached.

The new Festool clip is very good though, better late than never. It was the same back in the days when they wouldn't fit a LED when everyone else did, then they made that silly contraption and the same with the lack of belt clips...

Well, now it is here and the shape allows for clipping in a carabiner too so all in all a good solution from Festool. It is on par with the competition for being a good belt clip. :)

Bought a 1010 and 2200 router in Metric, a basic MFT and some 220 sandpaper for the RO 90 and RO 150.

Michael: I don't know who actually makes either brand batteries with the new series. Metabo does have a small footprint 3,1Ah LiHD in the line up and the air cooling technology is similar so they might be sourced from the same factory.  [unsure]

To keep in line with the thread: picked up a Domino XL700 after getting an OK on an offer for building windows. :)

TSC 55 Imperial XL - with 2 batteries and chargers... Holy cow... this is a really nice tool. I already have a TS 75, but it is often just too cumbersome/heavy/big to muscle around. When I bought it several years ago, I was doing some pretty heavy-duty cutting on a job. Don't regret buying the 75, but I don't often get it out, either.
Having the Imperial option is nice - and the cordless capability is handy. It certainly doesn't lack for power with the 2 18v 5.2 batteries.
I needed to cut into some mdf with formica-type coating, and wanted a clean, straight cut. It was absolutely perfect. In fact, the edges were so nice that I cut myself on the edges of the cut. I wondered where the blood was coming from on the table - I had a couple of cuts on my hand from the sharp edges of the cut.
Dust collection in the little bag was amazing. Very pleased...

It was a year ago I got my first festool product, a TS55 req with an MFT/3. An of OF1010 came a few weeks later. Now over the past week, I got a Domino 500 set, tenon set, and another MFT table. Got the mft used of Craigslist, couldn't resist.

VECTURO Systainer SET 1 OS 400 (#202865)
For the cost at only € 89,94 I could not resist it.
In total 7 blades and a systainer.
Correction there are 15 blades inside. Two of the packages contain 5 blades each.
For all Dutchman who also want this, I bought the systainer at Mastertools.

Wow, that's a no-brainer... [thumbs up] if that was available in the US, I'd consider buying a Vecturo and put the Multimaster out to pasture.

Since I bought the HKC and now have Festool batterys, I ordered the PSBC420EB basic .  So now with the HKC, PSBC420EB, cordless Fein Supercut, and my Milwaukee 12 and 18V stuff, I'm pretty much cord free on the road.  [big grin]

400 REQ-Plus + SYS-STF 80x133  + HSK-A 80x130......  [big grin] [big grin]

Went to the Festool Roadshow at Brighton Tools and Fixings and "accidentally" bought the Domino XL to go with the DF500. I got a free Festool Fan hoodie in XL size. Bit tight for my Dad bod so free to any FOGers in the Sussex area who want to pick it up (Worthing)!
