Bought a couple of those box kits that Peter mentioned in his video.

Not sure of what you speak.  I looked around but didn't see a mention of box kits.  Which Parfitt video?

Old style 27mm hose reducer/connector.  Going...going...gone...487071

On Tuesday I tried to purchase 4 of these that were advertised on the internet, however, they're backordered.

So on Wednesday, I traveled to Woodcraft and tried to purchase 2 of these, however they're also backordered.

Today, I just may meander over to another local dealer and purchase 2 more if they have any in stock.

hi all first time here (other than browsing), just purchased my first festool the ts55 with 2 1400 rails and clamps , wasnt intentionally looking for a saw as i have a  MAKITA 5017RKB with the dust box which works great and does collect most of the muck , but after watching tims (benchworks) video and post on the mobile mftc (plans now ordered and received ) the ts55 started to haunt me . then after passing someone setting up his tressles on the street i live on i spotted the ts55 with a glow around it  , had to stop and quiz him about it. had a feel and a grope , he couldnt praise it enough , 10 mins later saw ordered , after a day using as a kitchen fitter im more than impressed, not sure where to go next, new router may be next on the cards , but does the extra money justify for a festool over any other an then does it need the new jig lol

Pulled the trigger on a Rotex Yesterday and it arrived today. Brilliant price and service from powertool-supplies.co.uk I've bought 4 other festool products from them recently with similar great service. I was in the market for a RO90 (still am really) but another larger project came up giving me the excuse to buy the 150  [smile]

Looking forward to using it, I have 5 massive wooden cable drums to convert into tables for an outdoor learning area.

That's not a combo we get here in N America, what do they include (if anything) in the bottom drawer..?

Hi

You can get the basic set in the UK and this one which was only £10 more. The draw has a selection of granat (about 30 sheets by the look of it) the hand sander and the blue hard pad. Given the pad is about £35 alone it was a no brainer  :)

Been a while since i have updated my Festool purchases on here. In the past few months I have acquired another MFT3 table set, the CMS GE router table set, an OF 2200, 1010 and the MFK 700 set. Also a 700 domino, both systainer sets and the set systainer of connectors, an installers set, a Pro 5, the Plexiglass Template guide and the vac sys set. So I'm really liking this festool gear. Just need a couple drills now. Looking at the txs to start.

Had to order the 75" guide rail. Most of the good quality Baltic Birch Plywood I get comes in 5' x 5' sheets. joining rails to cut that was just too annoying. The 75" fits it perfectly.

Had a big job start in Feb. Decided to drop some coin to reduce my taxable income after job started  [big grin]

Planex
CT36AC
Duo with tripod
Syslight
Carvex D handle corded
LR32 kit and 1400 rail
Drywall screw gun kit (whatever that crazy model number is)
Betterly guide rail alignment tool
Domino XL and the Domino accessory kit
RAS115(second one I now own third if you count the first that was stolen)
6 different sortainers/systainers
Extra 18V battery
Parallel guide rail kit with extensions
GRS-16

Needed another mini to add to the 19 I already use.
The Minis are awesome! I find more uses for them than I do the full sized Systainers. I cant wait to get one of the new Mini 3s!

Kapex 120 and UG cart delivered today. I got the 110V UK spec. Might be taking a chance, with the reports on the FOG about faulty motors, but I am set up for site work and have to use 110V or battery, as in the UK.
First impressions, dialled in out of the box, lighter than I expected, so easy to set up with extensions. I am using it with a MIDI and 27mm hose. A shorter 36mm hose, as suggested by many, is next on the list.
I am starting to trim out/second fix a new house next week. I will post how I get on with it then.
Regards, Alan

Router slide for the MFS.  It was at close-out price on Amazon for less than $100, so I figured, what the hey?

Picked up another dust extractor today. CT36. also went with the boom arm set. Got everything set up this afternoon and broke down some sheet goods for some cabinets I'm building. Really like the boom arm setup so far.

Just got a CTL SYS dust extractor, 5 extra bags and a long life bag FREE!!!!
Well... the wife bought it for my birthday  [big grin] [big grin] [big grin]

Haven't been using much of my festool / woodworking tools lately and I really miss it  [crying]
My garage workshop is full of household stuff and is soon to be converted to a wetroom/bedroom for my disabled daughter.. On the plus side I will soon be building a 10m x 4m workshop so back in the game soon  [big grin] [big grin] [big grin]
