What Festool Did You buy Today?

If you are referring to 1/4" stuff not fitting in the Centrotec system, that's correct. They can be modified by knocking down the corners with a file and putting a second groove down the shaft farther, but that's only practical for long tooling. I just bought Centrotec tooling from Festool and Snappy and haven't looked back. When I do need to use a 1/4" bit of some kind, I just use the magnetic adapter for short wire retention bits or a Snappy Centrotec to 1/4" adapter. I know it's not a happy thought, but the Centrotec setup is pretty darn good IMHO
I buy my drivers in bulk from China mostly and haven't had the issue with bits not fitting in or holding improperly luckily.

Cordless Midi, with the 8ah 'energy set'. Have been meaning to get a smaller vac for site work, but my hand was forced when my CT26 let me down. Have sent it in for repair, so if repaired it will remain in the shop when I get it back and the Midi can stay in my vehicle.
