What Festool Did You buy Today?

Do you still have a jointer?
I do. During my excursion to New England in the fall, I came across a guy who was selling the 8" Cutech for a very reasonable price. My intention was to wait until I got a 10" or 12" but the deal was that good and it expands capacity a little more, without necessitating me having to build a new base for the jointer.

Nice score and very solid reasoning dude!

I usually go with "I'd be really sad if I don't get it", so it's a case of mental well being! Almost like medicine in a sort of way. ;-)
In my case, it was also a thought of: "If I hold the cash, I will spend it on frivolous things - like meals."

To celebrate, I stopped by the local Sam's Club for their meat pizza special with a Diet Dr. Pepper for $2.65 (and I'm not a member).

Another pre-order turned up ‘early’ - PSC-E 18. The barebones new ‘essentials’ or ‘entry’ jigsaw.

Not much to say other than it’s light and slim enough to cut overhead, underhand, and at all sorts of uncomfortable angles.

Now if only they could ship some batteries.

Nice and sleek unit, even though it might be barebones it looks pretty useful!

I just have to say I used the KSC 60 I got a few weeks back in anger for the first time today and what a saw!

I am absolutely stoked I bought it, last ages on the 8Ah's, very quiet, immediate stop, just awesome!

Definitely my new favourite saw!
