What happened to all the accessories on the Festool USA site (sanders at least)?

[member=57769]TylerC[/member]  I tried to bring up sander accessories and nothing shows up on the Festool site; at least not for sanders.

My specific question: Is there a hard pad for the ETS125 identical to the hard pad available for the ETS150 sanders? Or does Festool still just offer the medium and soft pads for the ETS125? Will there ever be a hard pad if not offered now?

Only because this thread is about not being able to see accessories, I went to the site four times to look for Vecturo blades and none were showing.

FYI, same result. Clicked 'Power Tools', then "accessories / consumables" on the pull down menu, then "oscillating multi tool" then "blades". No results. Using Firefox on a desktop PC

Same here (Chrome). But I can see it thought the links TylerC provided.

I tried some other items, same goes for jigsaw accessories, Kapex accessories... Then I clicked on the Kapex page and clicked 'accessories' at the bottom, went to another empty page... a glitch somewhere!

I have had the accessories for everything on Festool USA, intermittently not show up too.  Not sure why it happens , it has generally come back with in a couple days.

I'll chime in with similar missing stuff a few days ago. There is a disturbance in the force.

Thanks for everyone's feedback on this.

Something weird with the site is that if you use the prefix "www." in the URL, many accessories don't display properly. If you remove that, they should be fine.

At least for me, I'm getting the following:
NOT WORKING:http://www.festoolusa.com/power-tool-accessories/oscillating-multitools/oscillating-multitool-blades
WORKING:http://festoolusa.com/power-tool-accessories/oscillating-multitools/oscillating-multitool-blades

On a related note, we're building an all-new website that will launch early next year. Because of that, we're doing minimal maintenance on the current one. For key tools, we want to make sure that relevant accessories and consumables are displaying properly, but

[member=57769]TylerC[/member] Other way around. WWW works and without it no accessories.

[member=57769]TylerC[/member] - for me, WWW in the URL does not matter.

The accessory pages you mentioned with or without WWW do not load on a mac with Safari.  Also neither works on a mac with Chrome.

Neither work for me on Chrome on Windows 10.  Neither works for me on Edge browser on Windows 10.

In that case, we're really through the looking glass, because "www" is the one that doesn't work for me.

Hallelujah...there is a God. Between posting photos, trying to refresh posts and adding links...this has been a challenge, and I've only been around for a couple of years. The poor bastinados that have had to deal with this long term ...well I would consider them for sainthood.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but we're talking about festoolusa.com and festoolcanada.com -- not the FOG. However, once the new website is live, we're going to turn our attention to refreshing the FOG. It's built on some pretty archaic technology, and we're exploring ways to modernize and improve it (without changing the features and functionality that users currently expect).

There are a few pads for the ETS EC 125:

Hard:http://festoolusa.com/power-tool-ac...hard-sander-backing-pad-for-ets-ec-125-492284
Soft:http://festoolusa.com/power-tool-ac...life-sander-backing-pad-for-ets-ec-125-492286
Super Soft:http://festoolusa.com/power-tool-ac...soft-sander-backing-pad-for-ets-ec-125-492288

The supplied pad is essentially the equivalent of a medium.

When I'm on the site, the accessories are displaying properly for the ETS EC 125. What are you seeing?
[member=57769]TylerC[/member] I assume that the EC pads will fit on the ETS125 EQ or is that an incorrect assumption?
