What Impact Driver Should I Buy?

Posting from the UK, Hilti if you can afford it, the panasonics are very good drills but not that many people have them/realise and makita is ok but as someone said before is either full go or full stop.

are you currently using any battery system amongst your other drills? might be cheaper to just get a body unit if so.

Hilti have just released a new compact impact driver, with brushless motor....

More info on this? I'm curious... Website has practically no information.

I've had the Hilti SID 144-A  for 3 1/2 years and haven't had any problems.

I'll echo what others have said -  Its super light weight, pretty powerful for a 14v, the light on the tip is great along with the battery life meter.  The battery life gauge is my favorite feature.  Before I throw the driver in my tool bag, I check the lights to make sure they are full, and it usually lasts all day.
