Got this today

Had a little play seems really nice, easy to use and a nice thin beam [attachimg=1][attachimg=2][attachimg=3]

But an absolutely horrendous colour clash with the festools lol. Doesn't even look like I could fit it in a systainer
But to be honest everything fits really nice in the box inc the tripod

Will be cool if the sys light fits on the tripod

That looks great.

There is a good chance that the Syslight will fit as most tripod kit that I have come across (apart from artillery range finders) has a standard thread fitting.

Green laser, cool! So much better to spot than the red one.

Enjoy that awesome Leica!

Sys-Lite and Sys-Rock should fit that tripod, iirc they're all 1/4"

Kind regards,
Oliver

125a, 100a, 60a, two 20a 3phase breakers. Whooooooo

To power all of the motors on your new wood eating monster, I assume?

100a for the moulder, 60a for a buss duct and the 20's because I found a couple.

I can't afford new ones, the 100a one is 450 bucks.

Forgive me for I have sinned. It's been over a decade since my last Alternative Green (Ryobi) tool purchase, and hopefully it will be another decade before I am tempted again!

In my defense, my main router died last night and I was trying to beat a timeline for delivery of a project. My local big box hardware store opens at 7am Sunday mornings so down I went and grabbed the only 1/2" shank variable speed plunge router they sold. Now I'll need to submit a proposal to the minister of finance and war as to why I need the OF1400.

[member=5671]jmbfestool[/member] sorry buddy, I was talking about the double up on the Lamello joining you did so you only had a hole on one side of the material .. then I was curious whether you were also thinking about playing with a Mafell dual dowel 40 as I've started to consider one now that I've expanded my thinking from just Domino to Zeta P2 and beyond.

Ahh yes.  Modified lamelo doubled up.  Dont know why Lamelo dont make fitting for the double up. I had to drill a hole through after taking the fitting apart to make it work.

Im not looking at the mafell because I dont want to spend more money lol.

I need to make mroe use of the lamello at moment its not really being used alot.

Mainly because the fittings are just to expensive.  Standard unit size I would use 16 to feel its a solid unit now thats £10 in fittings.  Mental!

Plus I cant cnc the groove so im having to second machine the parts by hand. So more time.

I have an on going job I would love to use lamello for customer has just ordered 100 more from me.  To use lamello I need to use 12 per item 100 items thats 1200 fittings.  £720 on fittings 🙀

I am using One drives for units and they are brilliant!  Alot cheaper and fully cnc nestable on both mating parts.  Only thing I have to so is tap them in an screw up.

I do love the lamello for mitre joints though brilliant!!  I just wish they cut the cost on the clamex and I would use it alot more.  For just plastic they are charging far to much.

I finally bought a SawStop PCS. I went with the 3hp, 52" T-Glide, industrial mobile base, and overarm dust collection. I seriously considered the industrial version and the Hammer K3.

Here in the US, Tool Lady is running a sale on PB Swiss.

Here's what the slotted bits look like after a few years of using them like miniature prybars.
Glad they got rid of that awfully painted identification ring.

Hands down the best bits on the market [member=19475]yetihunter[/member]

In case someone want's to know a little more about them, I wrote a couple of lines here:http://festoolownersgroup.com/hand-tools/screw-drivers/msg459263/#msg459263

Kind regards,
Oliver

Agreed.  Everyone waxes poetic about their screwdrivers and hex keys, but it's their bits that never fail to impress me.
I could take or leave their screwdrivers.  Actually, I do in fact take Wiha and ye ol' Facom Ergotwist whenever it ain't bits.  :-0
The tips on the PB versions are the nicest, though.  For hex, I use Bondhus, Wiha and PB, interchangeably.  I'm not saying they're interchangeable.  I'm just saying, they all work fine for me. :0
