Would anybody know what size systainer I would need to house my 24v hilti sds with charger bits & spare battery, I was thinking sys 3.
Thanks in advance

Is it a reciprocating saw shape or the type with the "vertical" motor?   Got a pic.  ?  Got any other systainers to test fit it in?

If it the Recip shape it might not fit at all.

My Bosch (vert motor style) fits in a Sys -II , I added a lift out tray for the bits. Plug in so no battery or charger, not much extra space so I  think you will need a III or maybe a IV.

2a rings a bell, I will lay them out in sys 1 tomorrow, may just go for a 3 so have enough room for everything

They do fit in a 2 but when in a rush your scratching your head how you got them in there. How are your batterys fairing up. Mine are 5 years pld and dead now

Ah that looks good I think will order a 3.

My batteries both died @ different times (i did get 1st under warranty) bought last 1 about 18 months ago after battling with 1 for a while, I figured it was better to pay £100 for a battery as opposed to 3ish for a new drill

I have an older Dewalt 24 volt. Here is a picture of it in a sys 3 with two batteries and charger. Lots of vertical room left over. I tried it in a sys 2, drill and batteries fit just fine. I could not get the charger to fit, its a bulky unit.

My 4 BTI systainers arrived this am, the Hilti fits snug in a sys 3 with an insert tray for all the bits, another has a drill 2 empty ones left so will decide what to use them for [tongue]

Mine is the old style TE2A have got spare battery & charger in there to, would have maybe got in a 2 but bought insert tray to
