Hi all, newbie woodworker, brand new Festool owner and first-time poster here.
Being somewhat paranoid about dust exposure, I splurged for the CTM MIDI I as my first shop vacuum (alongside an ETS 125 REQ sander). Other than that, my father and I are on the Milwaukee M18 system, and as I'm in need of a cordless circular saw, I'm looking at the Milwaukee CCS55-0X as it seems to be good bang for the buck. Thing is, I could not find any information about what diameter its dust exhaust port is. This makes me think it's "standard", but heck if I know what "standard" is... Also, I'm thoroughly confused about Festool's vacuum accessories.
The CTM MIDI I came with a braided hose (Ø 27/32 x 3,5 m-AS/CT) and (I think?) the D 27/22 DM-AS/CT connecting sleeve, which fits into the ETS 125. But which connecting sleeve do I need to get for use with the Milwaukee?
EDIT: a YT video by Prime Industrial Products in Australia says that it's 31 mm. Nothing on the CTM MIDI I accessories list seems to fit the bill, but I'm not sure. Do I need to look at 3rd party accessories?
