What's the Proper Use Application for both the LS130 and RS2 sanders?

I've used the RS 2 to refinish an 8 foot long outdoor teak table. It's pretty sweet, however, it is slow going especially using 220 grit Granat but produces a beautifully flat/smooth finish.

As per the @MrToolJunkie post, I've used the LS 130 with the scraper blade to remove tile mastic from a bathroom wall...it works well.

So, on to other applications for the LS 130, here's a screen shot of Snake Mountain Boatworks using the LS 130 to sand intermediate coats of varnish. This group of folks own the typical arsenal of RO sanders but refuse to use them for sanding any BARE WOOD or for sanding any intermediate coats of varnish until they've applied at least 15 coats. They state that doing so will produce a "moon scape".

This is a screen shot of the owner showing a sheet of Granat 220 for the LS 130 that he uses to sand between coats of varnish until about the 15th coat. Only after that, will he bring out and use the traditional RO sander. He also states that Granat paper is absolutely the best paper he's found for sanding between coats of varnish.
