Where To Buy Broken Latch

I need to replace a broken latch on my Systainer that came with my T12 drill. This is a short and wide latch that hold the clear accessory lid on the top closed. This is not one of the latches that holds the main lid closed or to attach Systainer together. I have not seen this for sale. Anyone know where I can buy one? Thanks!

Where are you located?  I know a dealer that has one in stock on display in their store. It is the green one that says systainer on it?

I am in the middle of Wisconsin, nearest dealer is 90 miles away (Woodcraft Store). Yes, it is the green part that is embossed with "FESTOOL Systainer". I was hoping to find one online for purchase, but if not I can check at the dealer next time I am in the area.

Was the latch broken when you received your new drill or sometime after use?  If it was new your dealer or Festool should take care of you.  If you broke it then replacement parts are available from Festool, check out their ekat spare parts site.

If this is a "Classic Systainer" attic lid, what you're after is part #477477.

$3.24 according to EKat.

Should be able to order it through any dealer (online or B&M).

Thank-you this looks like the right part. ekat is a nice tool, nice to know about that too. The part just fell off one day and on inspection I noticed one of the pivot tabs was gone so I guess I broke it, although I'm not sure how. The case has only been gently used and never transported. No biggie, glad to know the part is available. I use this "attic" to hold my bits etc and more than once since it broke, I've opened the Systainer to get the drill and and forgot to hold it shut and, well... mess.
