Where to get certain hose adapters?

I have a CT36, and need a couple of adapters for the rubber end of the stock hose.  Before a laborious study, I'm hoping some knd soul can just point me to the exact dinguses needed.

First, I need a few "panel mount" adapters.  For instance, I want to make a portable sanding table, and be able to plug my CT36 hose right into it.  Also maybe an "underneath" dust catcher for my track-system router.

Second,  I need to connect my hose to a Dewalt DW 618 plunge router.  It has a very narrow port on top,  around 7/8"  i.d.

Yeah, I've seen those, but thanks.

I'm hoping someone already knows FOR SURE what will work. Returning stuff is a hassle.
