Where to get tool ports for 36mm hose?

I'm looking for a screw/bolt-on port to accept a 27mm or 36mm Festool hose. It would be great to add or change the fittings on some jigs and tools to accept a dust extraction hose. My Blum EcoDrill is a pain in the butt with clogging. Somewhere I saw someone fitted a port to it. Does anyone make a flanged inlet with an ID for the hoses? Something like Powertecs universal dust ports:

The D36 hose fits very nice inside standard 50mm PVC sewer pipe. I've fitted that to my Metabo wall chaser after taking off the abomination of a dust extraction port that Metabo fitted to it in the factory.

But I guess 50mm PVC isn't very common where you are?

If you want something that fits both the 27 and 36 hose ends you either need a pipe with thinner walls like the TS55 dust port, or something nested, where the D27 hose sticks in deeper. As the D27 hose end is slightly narrower on it's OD than the D36 hose end on it's ID, this would be more restrictive.
