Where to order for parts

I need a table top insert and screws for the Kapex...the online dealers I contacted  do not have the parts...Bob Marino
suggested I could get them direct from Festool in Indiana    I went to Festool USA website and it directs you to online dealers...so this is more or less a circle jerk  unless someone can enlighten me

You need to talk to Festool Service 888-337-8600.  I've dealt with them and they are great.  I bought systainer inserts, MFS parts and they sent me a new rail to replace the bent one that came with my TS-55.

Talked to Festool and immediately got the parts ordered I needed and they were shipped that day.

I spoke with Festool service/parts for the first time yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience.  Very unusual to see customer service of this level in my experience.  I wanted to get a complete T-Loc Systainer setup for an RO 150 (to move from a Classic), which means systainer, insert, cardboard lid insert and stickers.  Gentleman I spoke with put me on hold and went to the warehouse to look for lid cardboard/stickers but couldn't find it, so he had to call me back, and he actually did!  They didn't even charge anything for the cardboard lid insert and stickers, and shipping was super cheap.

No, in Europe you can not order from Festool directly, you have to order from your dealer.

But you can always inquire with Festool yourself.
