Which rip blade for TS 75

I’m looking for a rip blade for my TS 75 and was wondering what’s the difference between the Standard and the Panther? Initially I’ll be ripping 1 1/2” live edge walnut to be used as a countertop  (10 feet long)Later I’ll be ripping for face frames and other hardwoods for edge banding etc.

Is one a better finish cut?

Generally the greater number of teeth will equal better cut quality.  Less teeth with deeper gullets will increase cut speed and reduce chance of burning and also reduce any possible strain on tool (although strain is rarely spoken of when talking about the TS-75 here.)

I use the Tenryu rip blade on my TS75. There will be no difference in cut quality between that and the Festool rip. Rip blades will not provide a clean edge, that's just reality, same as on a table saw. The standard blade will make a cleaner cut than a rip but not sure that the standard blade is what you want to use for a 10ft rip. Regardless, you'll be using some means of hand plane or sanding to clean the cut edges.

I use a combo blade on my TS 75, just bc of the cut quality.

I do have to cut at a lower rate of speed.
