Trying to find out which SYS-Combi will work with my Domino 500. It comes in a systainer 2 so do I order the combi 2 and put the tenons in the bottom or do I need a combi 3?

Also looking forward to adding a Rotex 125 and ETS 125. Which combi would I need to keep these and the abrasives below?

Thanks, Norm

I wish they would make a SYS-combi drawer only, with no systainer.  That way you could clip one drawer to the bottom of all your existing systainers.

They would sell a zillion of them.

The Sys-Combi 2 works for me.  It is the same interior space as a Sys2 PLUS a drawer stuck onto the bottom.

I keep various accessories (Domiplate, SCG, bits, power cord) as well as tenons in the drawer.

I have my Domino in a Combi - II as well.

What ever size systainer the tool comes in is the size for the Combi.  Combi - II has a Sys- II  size upper portion. Combi -III has a Sys- III upper portion.  So you would only need to go bigger if you want added height in the upper portion. Which could be useful if you want to swap the lid for an Attic lid depending if the tool extends "into" the lid portion of the normal size Sys for that tool.

Thanks everyone for the info. Ended up getting a 2. Also ordered a 2 for the ETS125 and abrasives in the bottom . Anyone happen to know the part number for the abrasive insert?

I'm using a least a four.  My 1010 lives one, as does the MFK700, the drawers are great for the extra bases and accessories.  My Milwaukee impact and hammer drill live in another with an attic lid.  With this setup there is not much I cannot drill, screw, or counter sink.  My Fein cordless nests in still another and also has an attic lid.  Probably missing at least one more.  Between my van and three shop locations it's hard to tell.
