Well, just found out we have our first kiddo on the way, so I've been clearing out some funds by selling unused shop stuff as well as other stuff around the house I don't need anymore. The nice thing about Festool as we all know is how well it retains its value.
While I'd be hard-pressed to part with most of my Festools, the MFT/3 is probably going to go. It's been great to have it to understand how it is best used and put together, but for me it costs too much for what it is when you can build a more customized version for less. But this topic isn't meant to debate the merits of the MFT vs. other options.
It got me to wondering, what would be YOUR first Festool to go if you needed to free up some funds?
