Who makes a good Knife Hinge?

I may be doing a repair/remodel job for a local restaurant. Their refrigerated salad bar tables have doors on the bottom that are loose and falling off. They have hinges of unknown origin, but are crap. Here's a picture of one that is still working:

The question is in the subject - Who makes a good Knife Hinge that I can replace these with? Blum? Hafele?

    Try Brusso for high-quality hinges.  Then again, with your shaky ticker, maybe Mrs. WOW should be the one to check 'em out...

I think those are old K&V's , I have not seen or used those since I showed the customers the pocket hole type hinges back in the '80s. That being said I would change the hinges to the pocket hole type of your choice.
