The 4-day promotion was designed to help keep our Distribution Center working through the slowdown caused by the Coronavirus. The goal of the promotion was to try and get orders back to pre Covid-19 levels and keep the team working. To our surprise, what occurred was an increase of orders by over 900%! The success of the promotion will allow us to keep our entire team working their scheduled hours, plus we will now be adding some overtime.
Please understand that the increase in volume along with the staggered flex shifts we are working to minimize our employees’ risk of exposure to the Coronavirus will delay the shipping of your order. We are striving to ship all internet orders in the next 10 business days.
