I'm trying to create a 5'x5' work surface to put on my STM1800 every now and again but want to store it in two pieces of 5' x 2.5'.
So I want to sink three or four T-tracks into it and connect them together with guide rail connectors, the way you can connect together two Festool rails.
But it looks like the Festool rail t-track is 12mm wide internally where the Rockler and other US t-track is 9/16", which is 14.3mm. Will the guide rail connectors be able to grip on those t-tracks?
Alternatively, is there another versatile T-Track system that will fit the rail connectors? Or other similar rail connectors? I saw TSO has rail connectors but they're the same size as Festool's.
