I have clad an area of section of my house with 20mm x 95mm Iroko square edge timber. I have left a 7mm gap between each plank.
I used 51mm Paslode bradsto fix to 25mmx 50mm treated timber battens at 500mm centres.
I realise this is a bit late ( Now that the job is finished) but it has only just occured to me that the timber might start to twist and warp.
If this happens will the brads hold the timber in place or are the planks likely to move so much that they will look a "mess" in time?
(I'm a hobby DIYer by the way!!
