Yes, they fit nicely into the V groove on the edge of the MFT/3 and CMS benches

It does work well. I find it best to set the retainer clip as close as possible the MFT v-groove as possible then slide the clip into place. The c-channel on the MFT 3 interferes with tightening of the thumb bolt. I try to get it where it is only 1/4-1/2 turn to tight.

The wings also work on the CMS.

The flip stops also fit the c-channel of the MFT 3.

I'm just about to buy a MFT3 but already thinking off ways to modifying  it
I need it to be wider not so worried about length
