I would like to see a front-access bin-style Systainer. I would put in directly on top of my CT and store in it whichever hose I'm not using (I use either a D27 or D36 mm hose, 3.5 m long).

Something like this, but it would need a built-in lid to allow stacking on top.

Anybody ever made something like this?

Was just wishing for something like this over the weekend.  Would love it for my CT-SYS.

I do not have anything like this but I wanted  to add to the conversation. This is a really great idea. I could see a lot of folks needing and using this. I hope someone at Festool or Tanos sees this.

Great Idea.

The top/lid mechanism to allow for stacking on top has already been done in the CT-SYS' hose garage.  It's mostly open on top but has corners that mate with systainers.  Basically a deep version (perhaps SYS-toolbox sized) of that with a front cutout would be perfect.  It would be a nice complement to the SYS-toolbox w/handle and for many applications, be even better.

Dewalt makes a front access open tote for their box system in addition to a handled one...
