I know you didn't ask for this but just have to throw it out there that this is the type of thing that is trivial to 3D print. I needed a 15mm guide and printed one in 30 minutes last night.

Just my 2c on why 3D printers are pretty invaluable for woodworking and probably pay for themselves.

Rockler’s version has been around for 8 to 10 years.  It is $75.00.

If you are not using it every day, a good option. Side by side are used similarly.

The aluminum looks nice, but it appears to be $399.00.
