Does this look suspiciously like a Festool angle finder with the Kapex?  I suspect so!

Woodpecker angle finder

It's only $28 verses $171.  If I ever lost or broke mine, it would be a no brainer for the replacement.  It's not an exact copy but enough to raise a lawyer'a eyebrow...

This style of angle finder has been around for some time. I doubt Festool invented it.

I've had tha Bora angle duplicator long before I knew about Festool.

Stanley patented that design in the 30s....Glad to see some affordable versions around.

I just ordered one of those from woodpecker today, good timing for me on the discount.

Just ordered one too. I have their previous version but it was a pain as it didn't fold up for storage. Stayed as a big X in my tool box taking up valuable space. This looks a lot more robust too and for the price you can hardly complain.
