Work Center Pegboard Question

I set up my workcenter today, and had an unusual issue -

Hanging the large rectangular shelf (497477) on the top metal "pegboard", no problem putting it on either side of the workcenter.

Adding the peg hooks (yes I tried them all!), they work just fine on one side, but the other side seems as if the "pegboard" is a bit thicker, and the peg hooks will not seat properly.

Is it possible that the pegboards are two different thicknesses? I have yet to break out the calipers to check, it just seems weird to me! I guess I could use a screwdriver and pry the mounting tabs a bit on the peghooks to make them work on the second side.

Just looking for any insight here. Love the workcenter, mounted it on top of the MFH rolling stool. Saw this at the Henderson Training Facility and just had to have my own---

My hooks are all tight but they do fit both sides of the pegboard.  You can call Festool, I'm sure they'll get you squared away quickly.

I will figure it out, I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar issue. Maybe the paint is thicker on one side... who knows!

I had a similar issue with the boom arm, the last piece would not fit inside the long boom tube, had to grind away some of the paint and metal to get it to fit - guess the German engineering tolerances are really tight sometimes!
