After seeing the location some of the members here get to work in i thought i would start a thread so others could post pictures of there work sites.  Doesn't have to be anything special, just any site.

This is a house that i have done quite a bit of work in.  It is in a bit of a state just now but when he gets it tidied up i will take pictures of some of the things i have done for him over the years.  Anyway, this is his front yard !

Woodguy, that's a great setting for work, and  nice idea for a new thread.

I'd post pics of where we're working now, but it's nothing special, just an old row house in Washington DC.  There are some unusual characters that live around that neighborhood, so there  are some "fireworks" that entertain us from time-to-time.

My favourite work site is Pellow's Island in Lake Pivabiska.  I have been building projects there for 60 years.

Now I got your number'S Woodguy I am going to ring you at silly hours in the morning haaahaaaa!

Thanks.

The island was named after my Dad who discovered it about 1925.  The original survey of the region that was conducted in 1912 had our island marked as a peninsula.  Dad determined that it was an island.  The government owned (and still does own) most of the land in Northern Ontario.  In the 1920s they were willing to sell islands but not peninsulas.  So, Dad bought the (2acre -1 hectare) island.  It cost him $50 which was mostly just a registration fee.

Here is a map of the lake:

Timely thread Woodguy.  Doing a cabinet install in this one right now, actually get to see dolphins swimming by from time to time, I snapped a pick of their fins, and got to see some deer on the drive out the the site

Edit:  Seabrook Island, South Carolina.
Eli, I keep forgetting  to pm you about your brother...
