Hi Ron,
If you go to your forum profile. In the left column under Modify Profile click Personal Message Options. It will bring up a page that allows you to set notifications for a pop up window and also to receive an email when someone sends you a PM.
To read them click the "messages" in the header bar on any given FOG page.
