As the title says, I'm in search of an MFT/3 Set (with the rail), an MW 1000 Set (with the extension table) and/or an STM 1800.
"Just build a Parf Guide System Bench", they say.
"I have a 2-car garage that needs to hold 2 cars 9 months of the year", I respond. I have a TS55 that I'd love to run over a MFT and/or STM, an HKC55 that I plan to use for some outdoor projects in the backyard (MW 1000 seems to be better than an MFT for this), and a Domino that would love more stability than a 20-year-old plastic sawhorse bench.
So, I'm looking for an MFT/3, an MW 1000 and/or an STM 1800, all of which are designed with mobility and compact storage in mind.
I'm in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, I get to the NW 'burbs of Chicago upon occasion to see family, up to the Twin Cities, down to KC, MO and STL, MO occasionally for work. If you're frequently on the move and/or have a way to ship for cheap, we can probably talk, too.
I can find most of these items currently in stock at retailers (other than the STM, of course), but if anyone has one in their shop collecting more ambient dust than sawdust, I'd be happy to put them to use and put some scratch back in your pockets.
Thanks!
